🛡️ How do I clean my GripShield®?
A: Clean off residue by washing with mild soap and water. For stubborn adhesive, a mild solvent (medical Goo Gone or Unisolve may be used, rinse thoroughly)
🛡️ Does the GripShield® help prevent compression lows ?
A: We haven’t performed formal testing, but customers report that it may reduce the frequency of compression lows.
🛡️ How long will a GripShield® last?
A: With proper cleaning and gentle patch removal using Unisolve, our GripShields can last a year or even longer.
🛡️ Why won’t my SugarPatch™ fit over the GripShield®?
A: When the backing is removed, the SugarPatch™ will fit the GripShield® due to its ability to stretch. If you try to test fit with the backing still on the patch, it will appear too small.

Although this is not the right size and I need the size for Libre 3 and not the two, the customer service has been BEYOND HELPFUL and have always responded either the same day of message, within 24hrs, or even within an hour.
