At Deck My Diabetes, we work hard to get your order out quickly and safely. Every item is carefully packed and shipped from our U.S. facility—because we know these aren’t just products, they’re part of your daily routine.


1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground.

Estimated delivery times:

USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
UPS Ground: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high volume.


3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).

Orders under $50 will display calculated shipping rates at checkout.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, as these payments are made directly to the carrier.


4. Address Accuracy

Orders ship exactly as entered at checkout.

If you need to make a change:
• Contact us immediately
• If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it so you can reorder with the correct address


5. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, delivery failure, or refusal:

  • We can reship the package (buyer pays new shipping cost), or
  • Issue a refund for the product only (original shipping cost is non-refundable).

6. Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

We are here to help if something goes wrong.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you do not have your package:
• Check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier
• Wait 48 hours, as carriers may mark packages delivered early

If your package has not arrived after 48 hours, please contact us and we will assist with next steps.

If your package is delayed or not moving:
• If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, we will investigate and take action


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is confirmed lost in transit or remains unresolved after a delivery investigation:

  • We will replace the order at no cost.
  • We may require a confirmation statement before issuing a replacement.

8. Shipping & Carrier Responsibility Disclaimer

Once your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are managed by the carrier.

While we assist with investigations when needed, delays and delivery issues may be outside of our control.


9. International Shipping

Shipping availability is shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.
