At Deck My Diabetes, we’re a small business proudly serving the diabetes community—not a big-box retailer. While we can’t always offer “no-questions-asked” returns like Amazon, we believe in fairness, transparency, and taking care of our customers whenever something goes wrong.
Please read the following policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds work on our site.
1. Our Promise
We stand behind the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

If we make an error or you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll make it right—100% guaranteed.

If the issue results from customer error (such as entering an incorrect address, opening packaging, or ordering the wrong product), we kindly ask that you take responsibility for that portion.
Together, we can keep things fair and continue supporting the diabetes community with integrity.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The product is unused and unopened

It remains in the original packaging

The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

You have contacted our team at support@deckmydiabetes.com for return approval
Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Deck My Diabetes error.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and customization reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include:

T:slim™, iLet™, and Mobi™ cases

Worn or skin-contact items
-
Opened packages (we include a clear window so you can preview before opening)

Custom, personalized, or clearance items
We appreciate your understanding as these items cannot be restocked or resold once opened or used.
4. Refunds & In-Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. Shipping charges from the original order are not eligible for refund.
If approved:

Refunds may be issued as in-store credit or to your original payment method, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days after inspection.

Please allow 7–21 business days for the complete process, including transit time.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@deckmydiabetes.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll assess the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is approved.
