1. Warranty Exchanges

We want you to love every product you receive. If you believe your item is defective or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us for assistance.

To begin a warranty review, email us at support@deckmydiabetes.com with the following details:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear Photo(s) of the product showing the issue

  • Brief Description of the defect or concern

Once we receive your information, our team will review it promptly.
If we determine the product to be defective, we’ll issue a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note: Warranty exchanges apply only to defects in materials or workmanship. Damage from normal wear, misuse, or modification is not covered.
