At Deck My Diabetes, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once an order enters processing, it moves through our system rapidly — which helps us deliver your products faster, but limits our ability to make changes after purchase.
Please review the following policy for order changes and cancellations.
1. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun.

If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or mark the package “Return to Sender.”

Once the item is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

For security and fraud prevention, addresses cannot be edited or updated after checkout.
2. Incorrect Address Policy
If you notice an incorrect address before your order ships, please contact us immediately at support@deckmydiabetes.com.
In this case, your order will be canceled so that you can place a new order with the correct address.
Once the order has shipped, we cannot make any address changes or redirect the package.
